Visit The Seven Sisters cliffs, one of the most beautiful and iconic vistas within 2h drive from London and enjoy the walk with spectacular see and cliff views or sunbathe and picnic on a beach.
Return to Hackney by 3PM to take on everything else you planned for the day.

We’re heading to Kingsgate Bay and Joss Bay for an easy-going day by the sea with climbers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers and anyone who fancies escaping London for a few hours.

Kingsgate Bay is one of Kent’s most beautiful beaches, hidden beneath dramatic white chalk cliffs and famous for its natural rock arch carved by the sea. At low tide there are rock pools to explore and plenty of interesting stones and fossils scattered along the shoreline. If we fancy a change of scenery, we’ll wander over to neighbouring Joss Bay with its long sandy beach and open sea views.
It’s going to be a seriously hot day, so why spend it in London when you could be swimming in the sea, cooking on the BBQ and watching the sunset on the beach?
Whether you’re fresh from a morning climbing session, catching up on life admin, or recovering from Saturday night’s adventures, this is an easy way to turn Sunday into a mini holiday.
